Emma & Brad October 8, 2017 | Universal Orlando’s Hard Rock Hotel | Orlando, FL Wedding Photographers

**Please note – the pictures in this blog are just highlights from Emma & Brad’s day.  It is concentrating on them and their story. all final, edited images will be delivered to Emma & Brad approximately 12 weeks from their wedding date.

Before I start, I want to give a shout out to Heather and the Just Marry! team.  She – and they – were amazing to work with.  I highly recommend Just Marry! and Universal property.

I met Emma on Facebook on The Wedding Connection.  She contacted me and set the ball in motion.  The cool thing?  She and Brad live about 45 miles south of where I grew up in Pennsylvania!  Brad said it was 50 degrees when they left for Florida.  It was much, much warmer than that for their wedding day.  Welcome to Florida!

We arrived at the Hard Rock not so bright but early.

What do you mean you don’t keep your bouquet in the fridge with the pizza?!  😉

Steve hung out with Brad and the guys while Emma and the girls were getting ready…

Emma – you’re beautiful!

“Don’ts For Wives” and Don’ts for Husbands” written in 1913.  Apparently, the wife must ALWAYS drop everything and be at the door when her man gets home from a hard day of work.  😉

Emma & Brad chose to not do a first look to keep it traditional for him to see her for the first time as she walked down the aisle. However, they did choose to do a first touch and to have a private conversation just before the ceremony.

The lighting in this particular spot of the suite was absolutely dreamy.  Alex obliged and was my model to test the light.  😉

Trimming the excess off the bottoms of the bridesmaids’ dresses just minutes before walking down the aisle.  This is totally normal, right?!  😉  The dresses were gorgeous.  All handmade by one of Emma’s relatives and were a two piece shirt and skirt combo.

Do you see the arched windows on the right hand side of the photo?  They are Emma & Brad’s suites.  Their rooms opened up directly to their ceremony space, The Woodstock Lawn.  There was also a breakfast buffet set up for all of them to the left hand side.  It was perfect.

Here comes the bride!  Brad sees Emma for the first time as a bride…

I loved the colors Emma chose.  Emma’s mother made all of the bouquets.  Are they not gorgeous?!

Emma & Brad chose to do a “ring warming” ceremony.  Emma’s grandfather gave his blessing and then the rings were passed to all of their guests to give their blessings.

This staircase was one of Emma’s requests.  We were happy to oblige.  Just beautiful!

Seriously, Emma – you’re just beautiful!

How cool is this chandelier?  All saxophones…

Heading out to their reception on the lawn…

Their bridal party were some of the best we have worked with.  So much fun!

We had to take advantage of the fountain in front of the hotel…

Steve is always so quick to get these types of photos…

After the ceremony, we all headed to grab a water taxi to Universal’s City Walk for their wedding lunch.  But first, a stop at security…

Heading to Margaritaville…

All of the people on the balcony with the streamers?  Emma & Brad’s guests!

Emma & Brad – Thank you, again, for allowing us to capture your day.  We enjoyed spending it with you, your family and friends.  It was a perfect day.  Steve and I wish you much joy and happiness in the years to come.

Behind the scenes…
