Oh my goodness! This session is one that was months in the making! It was for Nicole & Rick’s first anniversary and to celebrate Rick graduating with his Master’s. Their story started at Disney when Rick proposed after he finished running a Disney marathon. You can see that HERE!
I did NOT meet Nicole on the DisBrides board. I actually worked with her and Rick first when I was working with Disney. However, we become friends on the DisBrides on Disney Brides Diary Facebook page. Nicole is also one of the preferred/recommended vendors on the page. She is The Paper Fairy on Facebook and Instagram. She creates BEAUTIFUL, handmade invitations for save the dates, weddings, etc.
We had such a good time with Nicole & Rick. Rick and Steve had quite a bit in common. To start with, they are/were both Phys. Ed. majors. While we were finishing up our session, Rick received his grades from this semester. He has earned a 4.0 GPA!!! Absolutely amazing!
Now – onto pictures. They chose Disney’s Beach Club and Boardwalk Resorts for their session. Just LOOK at how gorgeous these two are!
We made a stop at Sea Breeze Point where they held their wedding ceremony.
Nicole & Rick were the lucky recipients of a crystal from the chandelier that was in the new live action film, Cinderella. This is in celebration of Disneyland’s 60th anniversary.
This was a much needed break. It was so warm outside. I think we were all melting!
We had to stop to see Ariel since Nicole & Rick had their reception at Ariel’s. 😉
Who doesn’t love a good game of pool???
Another pair of Laura Rifkin’s AMAZINGNESS!!! I cannot get over these shoes – or her awesome talent! I cannot begin to describe the detail put into these. AND – they SPARKLE!!! Once again, you can find Laura and her talent at Pixie’s Tiny Things on Facebook and Instagram. Seriously. Go check her out. NOW!! Well, finish looking at Nicole & Rick’s photos, THEN GO!!
Nicole’s new tattoo… 🙂
We hung out for an hour waiting for this ice cream shop to open. It was well worth it!
Rick decided to model Nicole’s hat. He worked the camera like a pro!! 🙂
Nicole & rick – Thank you SO MUCH for choosing us to capture some photos of your anniversary trip. Steve and I had a great time. We definitely look forward to getting together, again!
