I met Erin on the DisBrides on Disney Brides Diary Facebook page. Let me just take a moment first to make a comment. If you are engaged and planning a wedding, THIS is the page you need to be on. You do not have to be getting married at Disney to join. In fact, many of the brides are having at-home weddings. However, this board of women is THE BEST, hands down. They are supportive, helpful, informational, funny and so, so, so supportive! Seriously! It’s refreshing to see women helping each other.
PS – Erin had her hair and makeup done by Fairytale Hair and Makeup. Those ladies are AMAZING!!!
So – back to Erin and Paul…
Erin contacted me several months ago to schedule their Magic Kingdom engagement session. It seemed like it was never going to get here. Then, of course, it did and went by waaaaay too fast! The day was picture perfect! I was worried since it had POURED the night before. But, with the rain, came cooler temperatures, a nice breeze and a beautiful blue sky.
As we were just getting started and heading down Main Street, USA, we found the Citizens of Main Street. We got stopped along the way. Erin and Paul were asked when they will be getting married. They said 2017 and were quickly corrected they meant 1917!
This was Erin’s idea. She sent a photo to me with similar pictures. I love how it turned out!
Erin – you are simply beautiful!!!
It took some time to get this photo, but i really love how it turned out…
The colors… The lighting… Erin’s foot pop!!! LOVE!!!!
We had gone into this little nook at the base of the Castle. At first, I didn’t see them. Steve pointed out the Mama duck and three tiny babies. There were other people in there when we first stepped in. The babies were very shy and huddled in the corner with Mama. Then, they saw Erin. They came waddling over right to Erin. I swear she is a modern day Snow White! She could have scooped them up and put them in her purse and they would have happily gone. So cute!
Seriously. Just beautiful!
Erin wanted to twirl. In that skirt? Of course!!! It was made for twirling!
This! I looooove this!
Would you look at that ring??? So pretty!
Who doesn’t love a Mickey bar?
As i said, it was a breezy day! This was our “Marilyn Monroe” moment!
Steve – I absolutely LOVE this one!!
Would you just look at that light?! And an empty train station?! Perfect combination for more twirling!
Erin & Paul – we truly cannot thank you enough for allowing us to spend the day with you and capture this special time in your lives. We absolutely adore you and had a great time! We wish you all of the best in your future. Enjoy every single second planning your wedding.
Thanks to Grace for taking this picture…
